We welcome them! We appreciate the
confidence you show in us when you send your family members, friends
and neighbors to us. We will do everything possible to live up to
your recommendations.

We want to make sure that you can
afford the dental treatments that you want and need, so we work with
you to make them affordable. We accept cash, check, or credit card,
and we also offer some extended payment programs. If you have dental
insurance, we will help you with the necessary paperwork so that
you can get the maximum reimbursement available under your particular
plan.

We like to think that we offer the
best of both worlds?the sophisticated, state-of-the-art dental treatments
of a big urban dental office combined with the charm, warmth and
friendliness of a small town practice. It?s not often that you find
this combination, or a dental team so dedicated to making you feel
relaxed and comfortable during your treatment.

Yes! Bleeding gums are often a sign
of periodontal (gum) disease, a major factor in bone and tooth loss.
The bacteria that cause gum disease have also been linked to heart
disease, diabetes and stroke.
You would not ignore a cut on your
finger that kept bleeding. So do not ignore bleeding gums. They are
your body?s way of letting you know that something is wrong and needs
attention.

We understand that some of our patients
are truly afraid of dental treatments, so we do everything possible
to help you relax during your visit to our office. For example, you
may be a good candidate for oral conscious sedation. With oral sedation,
we will give you medication to take before you come to our office
(someone will have to drive you to your appointment). During treatment,
you are in a pleasant, drowsy, relaxed state and, when you?re finished,
you probably won?t even remember your time in the dental chair.

Check out our patient
education section for a brief description of these restorative and cosmetic procedures.
Of course, you are always welcome to ask us about any of these
dental treatments. We will be glad to discuss them with you and
to help you decide if they are appropriate for your particular
situation.

Yes, it is. Flossing loosens food
particles in tight spaces your toothbrush cannot reach, it gets rid
of plaque build-up toothbrushes alone cannot remove, and it exercises
your gum tissues. Combined with brushing, it is the best method to
avoid gum disease, tooth decay and other oral health problems.

There are many dental techniques available
that can give you a better smile. We might suggest whitening to brighten
your teeth. If your teeth are cracked, chipped, worn, or uneven,
a porcelain veneer might be the way to go.
Please come in for an appointment
to talk to us about your specific concerns. We would enjoy the opportunity
to talk to you and to show you what we can do for you.

Smile design is the
process that we go through to make sure that you get a smile that
works the best for your individual face and features. First, we will
take photos and extensive measurements of your face, mouth, teeth
and gums. Then, using all of that information, we craft a smile that
is right for your face and that will meet your expectations and last
a lifetime.
